Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Math AI (the "App"), published by PebbleWorkLabs.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Purpose of the App

Math AI is a learning and productivity tool that can help with math explanations, study questions, image analysis, document summaries, quizzes, flashcards, writing assistance, translation, transcription, and text-to-speech features. The App is provided for educational and informational use.

AI Output

The App uses artificial intelligence and third-party processing services. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI output before relying on it. The App is not a substitute for professional, academic, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

Your Content

You are responsible for the text, images, documents, audio, and other content you submit to the App. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content. You should not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, confidential, private, or sensitive unless you are comfortable with it being processed by the App and its service providers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
• Submit or generate abusive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or illegal content.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the App, or interfere with the App's operation.
• Use the App to cheat, plagiarize, or misrepresent AI-generated work as your own where that violates school, workplace, or platform rules.
• Overload, scrape, resell, or misuse the App or its underlying services.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. Subscription prices, billing periods, and included features are shown in the App before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

App Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Features that depend on internet access, AI providers, speech services, Apple services, or other third-party systems may be unavailable, delayed, rate-limited, or changed without notice.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, and content supplied by us, is owned by PebbleWorkLabs.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the App only as allowed by these Terms and applicable app store rules.

License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store terms.

Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services for AI responses, image analysis, transcription, speech synthesis, purchases, hosting, and related functionality. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, or policy changes.

Privacy

No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PebbleWorkLabs.com and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, academic consequences, business interruption, or reliance on AI output. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the three months before the claim, or ten U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or misused the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
