This Privacy Policy explains how PebbleWorkLabs.com ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Math AI (the "App"). Math AI helps users with learning, math, document summaries, image-based questions, chat, quizzes, transcription, and text-to-speech features.

Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the App, you may provide:

• Text prompts, chat messages, questions, and generated study content.
• Images from your camera or photo library, including photos of worksheets, math problems, screenshots, or other text.
• Documents such as PDFs, text files, worksheets, and other files you choose to upload or process.
• Audio files or spoken content if you use transcription or audio learning features.
• Support messages you send to us by email.
• Subscription and purchase status handled through Apple's App Store purchase system.

Device Permissions

Math AI may request access to your camera, photo library, files, and audio-related features only when needed for app functionality. For example, camera access lets you capture a question, photo library access lets you choose an image, and file access lets you select a PDF or text file. You can manage these permissions in your device settings.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Respond to your questions and generate AI-powered learning help.
• Analyze images, files, PDFs, and text that you choose to submit.
• Create summaries, quizzes, lessons, flashcards, translations, and study explanations.
• Provide transcription and text-to-speech features.
• Remember local app state such as recent searches, conversations, lessons, language settings, and subscription status.
• Respond to support requests and diagnose issues.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the App.

AI Processing and Service Providers

When you submit prompts, images, documents, audio, or other content for AI features, that content may be sent to third-party service providers so they can process your request and return a response. Based on the App's current implementation, these providers may include OpenAI for chat, image analysis, and transcription; Microsoft Azure Speech services for speech synthesis; DeepInfra for text-to-speech processing; Apple for App Store purchases and subscriptions; and Cloudflare for hosting these legal pages or related web infrastructure.

These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or confidential information unless you are comfortable with it being processed by these services.

Local Storage

Math AI stores certain information on your device, such as chat history, recent searches, selected language, generated lessons, quiz data, and subscription-related flags. Some selected files may be copied into the App's local documents storage so the App can process or display them. You can delete app data by using available in-app controls where provided or by deleting the App from your device.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid features, subscriptions, trials, purchases, and restores are processed by Apple's App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide purchase status, product identifiers, transaction status, and related subscription information needed to unlock paid features.

Account Information

Math AI does not require you to create an account in the current app implementation. If account features are added later, this Privacy Policy should be updated before those features are released.

Children's Privacy

Math AI is designed as a learning tool, but it is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your region, use the App only with permission from a parent or guardian. Data Retention

Information stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, clear relevant app content, or uninstall the App. Information processed by third-party AI, speech, purchase, support, or hosting providers may be retained according to those providers' policies and our operational needs.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no app, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You can choose not to submit certain files, images, audio, or prompts. You can manage device permissions in iOS settings. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. You can contact us to ask privacy-related questions or request assistance.

International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including by our service providers. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your region.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App or on our website.
